Home ownership is an exciting and rewarding experience.  We would also like to emphasize, however, that it is also an ongoing responsibility.  Your home requires some effort on your part and by taking the time to properly care for this major asset, it will continue to look its best for many years to come.

The following sections have been designed to answer any questions you may have regarding maintenance and other items of interest and concern.  If you are having difficulty in setting up your In-suite Security System, review the details listed under “Building and Suite Security.”  If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact the Property Management office.


The Icon II is managed by Del Property Management.  The management office is located on the first floor of Icon Phase l, right next to the mail room. Valerie Smith is the Property Manager for both Icon I and Icon II.  The building administrator is Anila Cvila. Anila handles the day-to-day administration.  While the office is open Monday to Friday, in the event of emergency, or if you are unable to reach either the manager or the administrator please call Security/Concierge at 416-596-1900.


Our 24/7 Security / Concierge is responsible for access control of all guests to the property and is here to assist you with security and visitor parking.
